REPAIR HELP

Steps

1. Remove the wheel.

2. Remove the used disc from the wheel.

3. Clean hub and new disc with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure that the hub threads and hub mounting surface are free of dirt and grit.

4. Place the disc on the hub mounting surface with the markings facing outward from the spokes. Ensure the arrow the disc is pointing in the direction of forward wheel rotation.

5. Install all 6bolts and snug evenly.

6. Tighten the disc screws (×6) in a star pattern to 6 Nm.

Caution: Do not over tighten the disc screws, to prevent damage to the threads, disc or screws.

7. Reinstall the wheel.

8. Spin the wheel to ensure that the disc is not rubbing against the brake pads. If the disc rubs, re-align the caliper. Refer to the Brake Installation and Set-up instructions, as needed.
